Product features (Polycrystalline diamond nozzle)
Long service life： Diamond nozzle has high reliability and long life. Its life is 10-20 times of the boron carbide nozzle, is 100-200 times of the carbide (tungsten steel) nozzle, more than 200 times of the alumina nozzle. According to our experimental data, polycrystalline nozzle is foreign gem 3-4 times the service life of the nozzle.
Ultra-high cutting efficiency and precision: The thickness of the polycrystalline nozzle is much greater than that of the gem nozzle, and its sizing belt is much longer than that of the gem nozzle, which makes the concentration of high-pressure water column not easy to diverge, and the cutting efficiency is higher than that of the gem nozzle.
Good sealing performance : Constant diameter, can maintain negative tolerance for a long time.
