PCD Drawing DiesWhat is a drawing die?

In metal pressure processing, the metal is forced through the die under the action of external force, so that the metal cross-sectional area is compressed and the required cross-sectional area shape and size are obtained. We call it a drawing die.

 

PCD Drawing Dies

PCD Drawing dies are ideal for long production runs and for drawing abrasive wire materials as they outlast TC, SSCD, and ND dies. 
Polycrystalline diamond dies are available in various grain sizes, both in supported and unsupported configurations. 
PCD dies to provide uniform hardness and extended wear resistance in all directions.
