The particle size of the diamond honing tools used by this customer before was 500# for rough grinding and 1000# for fine grinding. However, the workpiece processed could not meet the Ra0.1 finish required by the customer.
The particle size of the diamond honing tools provided by More SuperHard to customers is 500# for rough grinding and 2000# for fine grinding.
Different from the honing tools originally used by customers, the honing tools provided by More SuperHard to customers do not have a whetstone embedded in the back.
The honing tool this customer used previously was not durable and wore out quickly. After using the honing tools provided by More SuperHard, the life of the tools is greatly improved.
