After communicating with the customer, our professional engineers recommended the DCGT11T304 blade to the customer for the following reasons:
1. High-cost performance. The WCMW030204 PCD insert required by the customer requires special processing for the material and substrate, and the production cost is very high. However, the DCGT11T304 PCD insert can achieve the same processing effect and the cost is lower.
2. DCGT11T304 PCD high-gloss insert can process end face, outer circle, boring, etc., which is very suitable for customers' processing needs.
3. The WCMW030204 PCD inserts is relatively small overall, and its service life and durability during processing are relatively poor.
